| Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”), on behalf of the Rhode Island Department of Housing (“Department”), seeks proposals from qualified firms to undertake a feasibility analysis of (1) various public development and ownership models for affordable housing; and (2) financing models for affordable housing that lower the cost of and streamline development and operating funding.
